Area Information : Ravda is situated between the towns of Nessebar and Pomorie. It is 30 km north of Bourgas, the second largest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and only 5 km from Sunny Beach, one of the biggest Bulgarian Black Sea resorts.
To reach the picturesque old town of Nessebar you need just a few minutes'' driving. Nessebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe. It is best known for its 9,000-year-old city centre on the peninsula. Many of the best known buildings in town were built between the 11th and 14th centuries. Its abundance of historic buildings prompted UNESCO to inscribe Nessebar on its list of World Heritage Sites in 1983.
Ravda has several beaches, some of them among the largest on the Bulgarian Black Sea Cost and almost reaching Nessebar to the north. The sand is fine and it is kept clean. A range of water sports and facilities are at the tourists'' disposal.
