Exmoor National park is a very special place. It combines stunning wild moorland with an awe inspiring coastline and is populated with red deer, rare wild ponies, and soaring birds of prey. From centuries old local markets to the latest in modern retail, North Devon and Exmoor provide great chances to buy locally produced goods.
Hotel Information : Barnstaple is reputedly England''s oldest borough, and has gained consistent recognition in the annual Britain in Bloom Competition, culminating as winner of the World in Bloom title - an outstanding achievement! Situated in the town centre, the Hotel offers all modern facilities while retaining its original charm and character. All bedrooms have bathroom en-suite and the lift provides easy access to all floors. The relaxing lounges are waiter served throughout the day and are well renowned for their wonderful selection of afternoon teas, patisserie and specialist coffees.
