Area Information : Ye Olde Red Lion is within walking distance of the Iron Clock, built in 1859 by Charles Jordan of Newport. The 72-foot high clock is a symbolic reminder of Tredegar''s rich industrial past.
Bedwellty House, a grade II Listed building not far from the town centre, is probably the finest example of an ironmaster''s house in Gwent.
