More Information |
Area Information : Dartmouth is known as the jewel in the South Hams. With coast, countryside and river on the doorstep you can explore by road, river or steam train. The ancient town has an abundance of interesting buildings dating as far back as 1380.
The restaurant sits on the embankment, which is idyllic for a stroll by the river where the views of Kingswear with its coloured houses create a natural backdrop. The town’s main event is the Regatta, which takes place in August. It is supported by several festivals throughout the year including the music festival in May, the food festival in October and, more recently, the comedy festival in February.
