Broadstairs is steeped in history. The famous Bleak House, home of Charles Dickens, is within sight of the Royal Albion. The fascinating, historic city of Canterbury is within easy driving distance, as are the towns of Sandwich, Deal and Whitstable.
There are 3 18-hole and 2 9-hole golf courses within driving distance of the hotel.
During the summer Broadstairs benefits from free entertainment for all ages, including concerts, guided walks and stunning firework displays.
June sees the Dickens Festival, celebrating the town’s connections with Charles Dickens.
