Hotel Information : The Houton Bay Lodge is family run by your hosts, Lynda and Alfie Baird, who take great pride in the inn’s clean, comfortable accommodation, its relaxed, friendly atmosphere and the locally sourced home-cooked food.
The lodge’s lounge bar offers traditional Orkney ales and whiskies, plus a wide range of other drinks.
The residents’ TV lounge and conservatory is a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or a drink from the bar. You can watch the large widescreen TV or simply enjoy unforgettable views of Houton Bay and the hills of Hoy beyond, not forgetting the huge natural harbour of Scapa Flow and the Sound of Hoy.
