- Keep driving for 6 km in the direction of the centre of Taormina (Taormina centro) up to the Lumbi car park.
- Take the road on the left of the car park, which goes through the ''Montetauro'' tunnel, and follow it up to Porta Catania.
- Take Via Fazzello on the left of the arch, follow it for 500 metres; the hotel Vello d''Oro will be on your right-hand side.
By Train:
The nearest railway station is Taormina-Giardini Naxos; from here take a taxi for about 2.5 km.
By Plane:

Hotel Information : The hotel consists of 5 floors leading to the centre.The former site of the ''Antica Scuola di Maestri Ceramisti'', the building was transformed into a hotel at the end of the 1950''s.
The hotel still retains its original features and is an ideal location for people who like night-life. There is also a restaurant on the first floor for breakfast and dinner.
