The position of the Villa does not require you to look far to enter into the heart of Florentine art and culture, which the historical city center is recognized for all over the world.The Villino MagnoliaThe Villa takes its name from the great Magnolia tree that features in the garden. Viewed from the grand terrace and solarium area, where relaxing moments can be passed watching the sunrise, or sunset after a day spent discovering the various treasures that Florence?s has to offer.Consideration, friendliness and service given towards our guests are our priority, which is remembered by those guests that have already stayed at the Villa.The Villino Magnolia:Five rooms all serviced, the villa is organized as a small hotel.Open all year round, also with parking facilities.The spacious rooms are finely furnished, like all of the grand Villino Magnolia, with antiques originating from the end of the 1800?s. In the early 1900?s the fruits of research and the restoration process were realized as a gift directly to you from the owners. Chandeliers in crystal and wrought iron entrance gates, some of the exquisite furnishings of the Villa.The rooms offer TV (BBC and CNN channels) celing fans, safe, fully equipped and modern bathroom, hair dyer, courtesy hygiene packets.Services: Convenient parking inside a garage which is located next to the Villa. Reservations for museums, restaurants and city tours. Daily cleaning service. Linen change every 3 days (or at the requirement of the guest). Laundry service, (max 36hrs). The Villa is also closely located to the railway station in Florence Campo Marte. This allows you to visit other small inspiring cities in the vicinity, such as Siena, Arezzo, Saint Giminiano, Lucca, Pisa and the Chianti with its famous vineyards. Also you can visit the fashion outlets from famous Italian Fashion companies, (Prada, Gucci and leather shops etc...). There is an express connection between the station Florence Campo Marte and the central station of Florence, Santa Maria Novella, SMN (duration of 6 minutes).TRAIN: From the central station of Florence, Santa Maria Novella (SMN):Take bus Number 13 (near the pharmacy), exit in Via Masaccio, cross the road and take Via Nardi until you arrive at Via Mannelli, number 135 is located on the right-hand side. (The bus trip is approximately 15minutes or 3/4of an hour walking). It is possible to take a taxi there is a taxi stand outside the station, the ride costs between 7 to 10 Euros. Station Campo Marte:Outside the station you will find Via Mannelli, stay on the right-hand side and walk approximately 50 meters until you arrive at number 135, the Villino Magnolia. AIRPLANE: Take bus number 62 to the central train station Santa Maria Novella (SMN) and then change to bus number 13, refer to the section ?Train? for further instruction. There is an airport shuttle bus that takes you directly to the central station SMN. The duration is approx. 30 minutes and costs 4 Euros. Refer to the section ?Train? for further instruction. Taxis can cost between 18 and 23 Euro. |
