private parking. Close to Dover, Folkestone and Canterbury, our family-run
guest house & restaurant is well-decorated with clean rooms and a strictly
no smoking policy. Whether on business or leisure, the Garden Lodge could not
be more ideally placed. Just 10 minutes drive from the Channel Tunnel and only
7 miles from Dover and the many Cross Channel services that are offered by
SeaFrance, paosl and the Cruise Terminal. The beautiful Cathedral City of
Canterbury, a must for all visitors, with numerous shops and tourist
attractions alike, is only twelve miles up the road. The Garden Lodge is a very
comfortable family home. Our beautiful garden has aviaries, a fish pond and a
mosaic tiled, solar heated swimming pool with steps for easy access (only
available in summer months). Our restaurant uses home grown vegetables and home
made preserves & chutneys. All our cakes and pastries are home-made, and
during the summer we also serve delicious traditional Kentish cream teas in the
garden by the pool. Traditional Sunday lunch is always available in our
beautiful dining room and on the patio - when booking, please let us know if
you would like to reserve a table in the restaurant as it is open to
non-residents and can be very busy. We are within easy reach of an
internationally recognised equestrian centre, Lydden Motor Racing Circuit, golf
courses, zoological parks, historic castles, sports facilities, recognised
walks, cycle routes and a multitude of gardens. Why not extend your stay to a
minimum of 3 nights and then receive a day trip as a foot passenger with

| Take m20 in the direction of Dover. Do not turn off at Folkestone
exit. Go through the tunnel in the hill. When leaving the tunnel bear left onto
the a260 in the direction of Canterbury. At roundabout, turn right onto the
a260 in the direction of Canterbury, follow road for 1.4 miles and Garden Lodge
is situated on the right hand side.

| CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be
cancelled 14 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or
a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation
will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check
the room description as well. COMMENTS: Non-returnable deposit of 50% will be
taken upon confirmation of booking. Full amount will be debited to the credit
card if you fail to honour this booking unless 14 days notice is received prior
to book-in date. Cots for babies are charged 5 pounds per night, please include
all children on booking form including babies. Family rooms are for a maximum
of 2 adults. If more adults wish to share a family room then prices will be
adjusted to reflect the number of adults sharing the room. We are a completely
non-smoking establishment. Pets are not allowed. Rooms check-in from 17:00. If
you are going to arrive after 22:00, please phone us. Latest check-in time is
23:00. Rooms are to be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure. Please make
reservations for dinner, when making initial booking. Charge made for pool
towels - 30p per towel. We also accept Solo, Electron and JCB cards. Cheques
