| Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:Upon
booking, we require a minimum £75 security deposit (otherwise 30%) which will
be fully refunded uplon leaving the apartment.
All cancellations of a confirmed booking, for whatever reason, must be
confirmed in writing immediately. Any cancellations made up to 7 days prior to
occupancy will result in loss of the security deposit and a cancellation charge
of £150. Any cancellations made after this deadline will result in loss of the
security deposit and any other payments already made.
Non-payment of the balance by the due date shall constitute the Guests
cancellation of the booking and any payment made will be forfeited. Guests are
recommended to insure against cancellation
The LateRoom rates for My-Places Serviced Apartments in Manchester City Centre
are the total price of the room and not the per person rate. All prices are
inclusive of all local taxes.
