It is a coastal port city and the largest city in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. It is located between an inlet of the Pacific Ocean to the west called Puget Sound and Lake Washington to the east. The Henry Art Gallery opened in 1927, the first public art museum in Washington. The Olympic Sculpture Park is a public park, It was designed by Weiss/Manfredi Architects, along with Charles Anderson Landscape Architecture and other consultants. It is situated at the northern end of the Seattle seawall and the southern end of Myrtle Edwards Park.
